Success

So far I have lost 20lbs and increased my weights and reps. it’s been a lot of small meals with timed protein shakes and exercise. I’m on my last notch in my belt. I have only a few more ponds to loose and then I will be transitioning to total muscle building and increasing my calorie intake to compensate. Thanks for the support.

Wow! It sounds like you are doing really well! I'm only down 9 pounds, but already I can see a difference in my body fat.

Well, I have not seen the scale move much, but I have a definite butt again!!! i had the thing going on where my butt kind of ran into the back of my thighs,so there was no differentation!!! But I can see my bootie again!!!! Talk about motovation!!!

i haven't seen a big change at the scale but i do see changes in my body. the butt is higher and tighter and the abs feel tighter, i have triceps too =o)

This morning my husband told me I looked in better shape than "in I don't know when". This is after having two babies. Its definitely not as easy now, I can't eat like I used to and its harder to find time to exercise, but comments like this make the effort worthwhile!

I am down 63 pounds and still losing my body fat as of the middle of febuary had changed 46%. I feel great strong, healthier, more energy and most of all my wife thinks I am looking great. I got way out of shape and this was just what I needed to get me back on track. My team may not win but the life style change will be well worth the challenge.
