Motivation
The 911 Fitness Challenges encourages teamwork. If your motivation wanes, not only your health, but your whole team can suffer. If you need help or encouragement getting motivated or have a hard time finding the time to eat right or exercise, post here for support and advice. 911 Fitness Challengers, share what you do to keep on track, help each other overcome obstacles, and show support for the other Challengers!
